They should have payed whatever ot took to use actual 15 insignia. Going out on a limb, id bet the reason they didn't was because of 81's influence in Hollyweird.
Did the same thing but was getting exhaust leak around the clamp. To completely seal it I used exhaust tape repair and putty. Don't feel any leak and did the smoke test and there's no leakage.
They just got it in their head about buying a car that was cheaper, lasted 2 to 3x longer and held its value also 2 to 3 times better.....all versus it being more stylish and riding better for about a year and a half......as far as Chevy style, 64 was ok ; buy really started in 65 and on up and ending in VERY early 80s for everything but the camero and corvette
For the movie. The book that the movie is based on is about the Chicago Outlaws They can't use that because it belongs to a large 1% club. Actually THE CLUB originale since 1935. Ideally, it would have been great if they worked with the Outlaws MC.
I'm 71 yrs old and I havent been to.a movie theater since Godfather 2 in 1974. Saw THE BIKERIDERS last Saturday and its a tremendous movie. Beautifully done, great castand as real as it can be.🏴☠️☠️♠️✊️🤜🤛🏍🗡
As a person of a younger generation I really appreciate you creating this video. It was fascinating listening to you! I really enjoyed the movie and thought the performances were great, it transported me back in time. It had it's special vibe and atmosphere of authenticity. It's director's passion project and you can feel it throughout. I hope you will like it too and won't regret going to the theatre. Because on the big screen it's an immersive experience. Thank you.
Movies do not in any way benefit motorcycle clubs, it’s a serious commitment and not for most people. Movies glamorize the lifestyle and get people into wanting to be motorcycle gangsters until the feds are knocking down doors and they’re looking at some gangster ass time, than they wanna be family guys. That said I loved the movie.
I'm 65. I grew up in Milwaukee. I saw the danny lyons picture "crossing the Ohio " In some doctors' offices, I Confess I swiped the magazine and had that picture tape to my bedroom wall till I went in the army. My mom freak out when I came home on leave on a used suzuki. Now I fucking ride every day that's why I live in Monterey CA. I'll see the movie tomorrow.
I hate most movies, but every now and then one comes along that I have to see at the theater. This is one of them. I found out about the book when it was reissued and then reviewed in David Snow's Iron Horse magazine. Love the book, so I've started down this rabbit hole of reviews, trying to see if they ruined it by 'Hollywoodizing" it to compete with all of the Spiderman, Batman, Fast and Furious movies. That and Sons of Anarchy. The more I find out about it, the better it looks. Danny Lyon being involved, etc. Definitely seeing it in the theater soon
Dude, you can’t be serious You don’t know who Hardy is ; do you own a TV? maybe not a good idea to give reviews if you don’t know who actors are. Doesn’t come across so 🤭
Who cares about the names of the actors and what they've been in? You don't have to know who the actors are to recognize a good performance. That being said, this guy's reviewing the previews not the actual movie. There are so many reviews of the previews, not just by this guy but a lot of others who haven't actually seen the movie.
As far as biker movies, this will be one of the very best. They're also coming out with a "Bikeriders II". Basically it's a true documentary with a storyline added with some drama. It's far more accurate than other biker movies.
Actually this is the most accurate review on RU-vid that I’ve seen thus far…and he hasn’t even seen it. The man has done is research and his assumptions and expectations are correct. Most of these “reviewers” have a clue as to what/who “Charlie” is. The fact he eluded to Charlie tells me something.
Outlaw Biker and Nostalgia Cycle were good magazines in the early 80’s. I feel like the best biker years ended after 84 (the last year of the Shovelhead).
I’m 63 and hadn’t been to a movie in years. I bought and read the book. There’s audio recordings of actual people made in 1965-6. Jodi Comer sounds exactly like the real Kathy. I went to see the movie this past weekend. Most of the dialog in the movie is directly from the interviews in the book. GREAT movie. I’ll go see it again. Your review is very good and accurate.
Someone involved with the Spooky technology said that the Rife numbers in the Frequency list are not the true numbers. What do you know about this? Do you know what the true frequencies are for cancers, which are really parasite oriented?
beautiful.... and after well over half a century it looks like being in absolutely immaculate condition... was it the Vegas climate that helped that lil' miracle happening I wonder?
Beautiful 59 IMPALA, back when cars had Style, love all the IMPALA'S from 1958 to 1965, 65 being my favorite, would love own every IMPALA built from these years, my Dad had a 1960 IMPALA, white, red and white interior 283, automatic, THANKS for sharing a true CLASSIC!
Hey you don't seem to know shit about the Comando 273.. you blew right through that description like they were all the same. ("That's what they called them back then") (Bulls%#*)The Comando 273 was few and far between, having a high compression engine, running duel points, with hurst linkage, and a Muncie transmission. I had one and it was the most powerful, smallest engine I've ever had! I could burn rubber indefinitely in first gear, and my power gear was second gear. When racing I could go from 25mph to 75 before shifting! What a car!
Hi thanks for all the helpful info, I have 1986- early Sportster, 1200 conv, andrews cams and buel heads!, my final drive is 23 /47, recently broke second gear in transmission, I believe it was due to a miss shift. Is 23/47 too much for second gear ?? Thanks for your help.
Ok thanks very much, because I have the wider ratio, the 17 tooth clutch gear, it seems to lug a bit from 3rd to 4th, but if I keep the rpm’s up then it’s ok, Mybe I should try the 48 tooth on the back.
That was my father's car years ago. The first 2 seconds got me. I see it's an old video but would you have any interest in meeting him and I'm more than sure we have things that belong with that car in the basement
Ok soo I tryed removing the last gear ⚙️ close to the fire wall and no luck . It just whipped around . I tryed turn it back to where the mark is and it won’t stay
Does the ASD relay cut off the fuel or spark? I did a tune up on my car and now it wont start it only cranks. We have spark and you can smell the fuel. We also put on a new throttle position sensor on. Prior to this the car was not idling where it should have been and had intermittent problems with missing after it warmed up . Any info will help. Thank you!
It's easy to test a relay, but they're also cheap at about $5. I'd check all the wiring. It's also good to replug in everything. Sometimes it's a poor connection.
The good news is, your loss can be reimbursed. You can create lifetime injuries and teach lessons that last a lifetime with a cheap hammer from Amazon or even a small one from Harbor Freight, or even the lowest rated ammo in order to let them know how much that hammer meant to you. They'll have loads of time to wonder if it was worth.
