Follow us on the builds and adventures with the 2020 Polaris RZR Pro XP, 2021 Polaris RZR Pro XP Ultimate and 2021 Polaris RZR XP 1000 Trails & Rocks edition. See where we take them off-roading, what parts we run and what holds up to the abuse and what doesn’t. This channel will be mostly sxs content, but we like to have fun so expect to see trucks and other motorized vehicles. Somewhat haggard is a lifestyle.
What’s going on yall?! Two questions, still worth buying them trailing arms? Yes or no? I have a pro xp and you talked them up, just wanted to make sure. And second question, how do you all feel about the parking brake? Worth buying and using? Remember the brand or have a link for it if so? Seen them on Amazon.
Yep, still a huge fan of the ORB trailing arms!! Parking brake is definitely worth it, the one we have is the spring brake thingy. I believe it was just springbrakethingy.com
Dam, I was out driving around the front of the park with the track. I had no idea you guys were back there (Which I found the next day). I definitely would have came out to get into some shenanigans! Oh well, Crash 5 it is :) LOL
Redhead guy appears to have an attitude after he wrecked his own car it seemed like on the derrr dudes video... but anyways how many drunken ratards can be standing there but not tell you you're about to drive off a bank?
The stock latches are fixable . Mine did the same thing I pulled it apart and got the latch to release and it’s never gave me another problem. Takes like 30 seconds to take off
Look up the Polaris bumper and/or Polaris winch, and in the tiny print, it will say if those parts work together. My 2023 Pro Xp Polaris bumper/6000 lb winch combo Did Not work together
Hey mister have you done any clutching or reduction to that beast i know they are pros and cons but love that machine just cant afford to put another 6or8000 in to a machine that i pay 27000 for
@@SomewhatHaggard missed a heck of a show highly recommend checking out the outlaw trails if you decide to come back way better then the Hatfield McCoy’s
We called 46 crash site on our maps. 😂 two times we have went up someone rolls everytime. Last time our buddy rolled his talon 6 times down to where you guys were siting . My other buddy drove into him to stop him from rolling further . We shot the far right side against the tree and got up it . I wasn’t about to try that center line 🤙🏻
The center is definitely super sketch, but after the first day trying it in the heavy rain, we had to give it another go with it somewhat dry. Definitely going to conquer it next time we are down there!!
I don’t think you climbed tipsy rock you came in on the backside to the top. If you continued down to the right when you came up that was Tipsy rock its a nasty off cambered climb going up some ledges and nothing on the left side to stop a roll over . I could be wrong but that’s what it looked like to me in the video
Yep you’re right, we were looking at that climb when we were at the top and the fact that there’s nothing on the left to catch a roll seemed to make everyone pass on that one 🤣.
It’s all into what you like but the conclusion I’ve come up with is your paying for comfort at this point, absolutely nothing wrong with that cause who doesn’t love a comfy ride! I had a rzr a few years back and was a excellent machine, that being said I wanted more so I got a maverick x3 and it’s treated me good as well! There are things I like about the newer rzr models and things I dislike but if I was to get a machine at that price point I’d still have to go with the Maverick R. The content I have seen with the new maverick R’s are just absolutely staggering. Anyway no sour milk here hope you enjoy the machine and have fun riding!
So for Dude, I didn't realize it at first on mine, but Rock mode has an active leveling feature to try to keep the machine flat in off-camber rock, ledges, climbs, etc. It can get super firm so if you're planning to bash it off something I'd recommend baja or comfort instead though.
How are you breaking latches on the storage compartments? Lol. My 23 Pro R has 2000 miles and theyre working fine. Simple post ride cleaning and maintenance will help ensure long life for all moving parts.
I’m just special, my 24 started acting up before it got dirty, on the passenger side. The 2020 lasted a little while, but neither of those latch. Then the new design here on the 25 needed a latch replacement right off the showroom floor. Maybe it’s our sausage fingers…..🤷
