Colonial Corner is Morristown High School's television show which is produced in its entirety by students. Originally airing on Cablevision channel 77 and later over classroom television sets during a one-hour AEP block, Colonial Corner made a switch to a RU-vid-only platform in 2010. Episodes are now produced throughout the school year and are uploaded approximately every three weeks. The shows generally feature a lineup of "pieces", ranging in subject, with host segments in between to introduce them. An opening sequence, bumpers, and credits help to define the show.
If you are a Morristown High School student and wish to participate in the creation of the show, you may sign up for the club in Room 161, or take the elective, Broadcasting 2: Colonial Corner.

Thanks for uploading the 2021 MHS Wall of Fame Induction Ceremony onto RU-vid. I'd like to offer my sincerest congratulations to this latest group of inductees. I had the great honor of being a charter member of the Heritage Club, as I was a junior at MHS when the first student meeting of this then-new organization occurred in the fall of 1996. As part of the Second Wall of Fame Induction Ceremony held the following fall, I had the privilege of inducting the late John T. Cunningham, MHS Class of 1932, who ranks among the State of New Jersey's most preeminent historians. The existence of the MHS Heritage Club is due in large part to the tireless efforts of two MHS alumni-turned-social studies teachers: George Bellias and the late James Beaver. Prior to the very first student meeting of the Heritage Club, Messrs. Bellias and Beaver were instrumental when it came to communicating the purpose of the organization to the entire MHS student body. And after the Heritage Club had formed and attracted a large membership, these men were always willing to go the extra mile to perform the responsibilities expected of them as faculty advisors. Being part of the Heritage Club was a cherished MHS experience, and I will forever be grateful to Mr. Bellias and Mr. Beaver for making it possible. Thomas Goldstein MHS Class of 1998
