Love this device, until recently. We found that is lost connection to the server for some time. I was able to get it connected back up, but now the device has slowed down to a crawl.

Hello- The OneScreen solutions look great! Currently I am a Trainer pursuing a Teaching Adults Certification and am researching technology options. I really like the OneScreen potential. This video states that the SHARE product requires the user be on the same network. How do I include 'mobile' or 'remote' learners? Also, can I record the entire lesson, so the material can be made available, to other users who were not able to attend the live session?
Hi Hilary - Find settings: you can access settings on the navigation toolbar, simply swipe up from the bottom of the screen. You can also find the settings options in the navigation toolbar. Go to Settings > Personal Settings > Disable the Floating Toolbar option. Hi friend, please you help. When trying to connect with a projector that has Eshare I have this problem. The device (eShare-4147) does not include license for this feature.

For those who get "does not include a license for this feature" paste the ip of the Eshare you want to connect at the bottom and just before hitting enter (the little arrow on the right), press the reload icon. Make sure that the eshare device is not listed as if it appears it will not let you in and will give you the error "does not include a license for this feature" Thank you @user-ub6fj2lq6g for sharing this tip that works like a charm!!!

The audio in this video is terrible. Please pay someone to clean up the audio and re-upload the video. This could be a great resource to show customers, but it is not because the mic clips on every word.
