I am in love with paint! Any kind of paint: oil, watercolor, gouache, acrylic🎨 You name it, if it has pigment in it I love to play with it! I believe anyone can learn how to paint and sometimes they just need a little guidance, and knowledge from those who have been doing it for a while. Those who have been around the block a few times. I think of painting tips like recipes that get handed down from generation to generation. Nobody is born knowing how to cook. Same thing with painting!
I have been painting in oils for 15 years and am now trying to become more proficient in watercolors. Come and learn along with me!
Sooo cute😍💕 Everything else is great too, but the glittery paint used in the video is so beautiful! It's a wonderful wreath with a Halloween vibe and a touch of autumn🎨🍂🎃Thank you for ur video😊❤️
Awesome🎉I can't believe you painted it using only 4 colors!!! I always try to paint with your videos❣️ It's so beautiful...breathtaking....😍🎨💕Thank you for a great video😊
Hello from Maine in the US! I love painting with watercolor, despite having more control and success with oils and pastels. I'm not looking to sell my work; I'm looking to becoming a better watercolorist. And, even more importantly, I want to enjoy myself, enjoy the process, and maybe, just maybe, end up with something I really like and which makes me smile.
Becoming an accomplished painter is not a “quick and easy” matter, especially watercolor. We live in a lazy culture. Quick easy simple fast no fuss…that’s a lovely painting and the artist didn’t become accomplished thru the quick and easy school of art,
You are right that becoming an accomplished painter is not easy, but creating this type of painting (very loose and unstructured)is not a difficult way to paint. I like to show this way of painting on RU-vid because I do think most people who love to paint can easily create like this. Thank you for your lovely comment! I do appreciate it.❤️
I'm unable to watch a number of those livestreams because (1) they're far too long and (2) there is a lot of "dead air" time as the "host" stares at the screen or stares at the comments. I'm probably an outlier with respect to livestreams! The length (item #1) is a problem for me. I can't commit for a solid "hour-plus": I get antsy or bored or have other things that will interrupt that time. And when the "dead" air happens (item #2) especially at the beginning, I immediately lose interest and stop watching. Sorry - I'm probably not very much help! Regardless, good luck if you do decide to go this route!
@@lindaarthur9711 Thank you so much for your input!! I agree! I was thinking 30 min max. The dead air drives me crazy. Don’t apologize, you were VERY helpful! Hope you join me for my 1/2 hour on Sunday!💗
My son began his watercolor journey with the 8 color Crayola paints. I did let him use my worn out brushes. The Crayola brushes have always frustrated me. The best part of Crayola paints is their color consistency across batches and mediums. They are a great beginner palette for adults and toddlers. And a cheaper alternative for learning techniques or just experimenting with color. Thanks for sharing. PS I love your color choices for these flowers.
@@kristaltickle2740 I’m sure your worn out brushes were easier to work with! Lol! I agree with it being a great beginner palette, who knew? Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful day! Happy painting💗
