Can anyone tell me the name of the process? I want a proper video for that. An animated video is what I am looking for but don't know the name of the process.

You can have everlasting life and be saved and forgiven all your sins if you believe in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour 😊💕💖❤️ Jesus died for our sins got buried and rose from the dead ❤️ read Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22 they are prophecy’s about Jesus written long before the crucifixion and can be found in the Old Testament or on google ❤️😊 also look up the prophecy of tyre and what happened ( really do if you don’t believe in the real God ) repent toward God and believe in Jesus Christ if you have not and if you do not ❤️💕 do you know where you will go when you die? ❤️❤️ when it comes to truth don’t trust the lies from the ones called roman catholic’s or orthodox and I mean no offence ❤️ but they are not biblical in many things and I’m not saying they lie about everything but it’s just better to read the Bible for yourself then listen to a roman catholic or orthodox priest I believe ❤️ and I have lived in and one side of my family is from a orthodox country so I write from experience ❤️ My tip is to start with the New Testament ❤️💕 God bless you and your family 💕❤️ and if you are muslim read surah 18:86 without the editing from the commentator ❤️
Hi, thanks for this video. How is the billet actually made though? Is it scrap smelted in a certain crucible that is then allowed to cool in its original crucible and cooled very slowly to ensure no air bubbles are formed? Or is it rolled, either hot or cold, to forge it basically? Or am I way off? Ha ha? I would like to know more about the process, it's very interesting! The making of all alloys is very interesting! Thanks!
The billet is made by a process know as hot top vertical semi contnous direct casting. Molten aluminum from the furnace is sent to the casting table thru a length of refractory lined channel. This table has a refractory top and some channels to feed a set of moulds mounted at underside which are made of an aluminum frame which supports an flat sided graphite ring who give the round shape to the billet. The bottom of the table where the moulds are mounted is so made, tha there is a water chamber to refrigerated the moulds and keep them from melting. This water exits thru a series of conduits in the moulds and sent to the billet to solidify and chill them. At the bottom of the casting pit, there is an hidraulic cylinder atop of which is a base that supports the starting heads. This starting heads are at first in very close proximity to the grapihite ring, the molten aluminum is sent from the furnace to the casting table, distribuited by means of the channels into the moulds, the aluminum in contact whith the graphite ring and the starting head start to solidify. At a given moment, the starting heads moves vertically down at very slow speed (tipically 100 mm/minute) such that at approximatelly half to three quarter heigth of the graphite ring is filled by solid aluminum and the remaining by molten aluminum. The casting is kept moving down for length of the hidraulic stem at which time the aluminum flow from the furnace is cut.
