Hello! The 1989 starts around $450,000 for the floor plan, then add the lot premium and upgrades.. it’s currently only sold at The Sanctuary. They’re also selling it at Bellaviva in Davenport. Do dr Horton pays all your fees if you represent the client for buying these property? Or the client pays separately? I want to be north davenport but can't find a 3 bath for less than 400,000!!
Jomar the only problem is the houses come with many problems according to many videos homeowners posted on RU-vid terrible quality after closing the builder doesn't answer the phone when the difficulties start it is about all builders nationwide no exception
Hey Gabriel! I totally understand your point of view. I’m in a brand new home myself and have been fortunate to not have any major issues and the small issues were resolved immediately. I do know that there are major problems sometimes but I’m also aware that the only people really making videos or writing about their experiences are the ones that have problems. Builders sell hundreds of thousands per home per year and the reviews/ customer satisfaction online would be much more pleasant if everyone took the time to express their experiences… not just the negative ones. All in all, I definitely understand where you’re coming from but I don’t think that those experiences that the few have represent the majority of us. If that were the case, those builders would go out of business quickly
