Kingston Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) academy based in Kingston-upon-Thames. We have classes for adults and children, and students aged between 5 and 65 training with us on the mats 7 days a week.
With over 450 students, we are the largest and longest established BJJ academy in Kingston and are renowned for our friendly and welcoming atmosphere and great team spirit. We are affiliated to the Mauricio Gomes Legacy Team.

This move sets up a great arm bar entry. When they reach their left hand in to defend the choke, switch the grip from collar to left sleeve and take the arm bar. The choke is sometimes difficult to finish, but if its a credible threat it forces the defense which provides the bait.

Is that guy actually being choked? He taps like three seconds after he applies the technique. I feel like it's a pity tap because they're in front of people..

I was thinking the same thing but I was thinking it way before the tap. That is going to be a REALLY hard choke to put on someone who is resisting. That is what I think anyway.

I missed a choke because of the guy defending....iam hit him with the same overhook and go for the xchoke and when he defends....STILL CHOKE HIM
