Hello, my name is Eric Wayne South and I am the creator of Eric Wayne South In Jamaica. From 1963 to 2022 I have been coming back and forth to this beautiful country call Jamaica. I was born in U.S.A. and have lived in Brooklyn, N.Y. All my life to this day. I'm A Original Home Boy ! And proud of it ! My father Eric South was born in Jamaica, Christiana, Manchester. My Grandparents Herbert South and Ada Mae South had 15 children together, my father was one of them. My mother's maiden name was Mildred Welch who's parents came from Barbados. My mother and father met each other in New York City. Were I was born. My mother raised me by herself with help from family members and friends. As a Black American who has family and friends in Jamaica I try to tell my stories and there stories about Jamaica from a different point of view. My Style !
