Had the pleasure to see them play live a couple of years back and what a blast we had. Funny and talented. looking forward to seeing them play again next year.
I've seen them play live; in Stourbridge in 2006 and it was the best twenty quid we'd ever spent. Fantastic night and they stuck around outside for about an hour afterwards chatting to the audience.
A blasphemous version of a classic metal song. As a metal musician of more than 30 years, gotta tell you.. this was the worst rendition of this song ever, and I have heard the elevator version of it. Lets make a deal right now: I will leave the hayseed music to you who know how to play, leave the real music to those who respect it.
I have played for well over 35 yrs, done my time as a studio musician as well as touring relentlessly... and played every genre I could... metal is the hardest style to get. It has parts of every imaginable style of music in it... and to do it right, takes skill, I am proudly a metal musician, and have played that style with great joy and resolve. I have even played country, but it has no soul for me... and that is just me. With determination and passion, I have had a long career, and I have done it all while in a wheelchair even though people scoffed and told me a cripple could never do it. I have, despite naysayers. My question is for you... can you say the same??
