unlike the, "Posi-Temp" 1222 cartridge which has a built-in balancing spool as part of the 1222 cartridge hence the price of 80 dollars... the push/ pull Moentrol / 3520 valve uses a 1225 cartridge which sells for 30 dollars because the 1423 balancing spool is seperate...Al Moen balancing spool allows you to use other fixtures while showering and not get scalded...the 3520 valve was developed first using separate cartridge and spool, later the "Posi-Temp" combine the spool with the 1222 cartridge...Al Moen was brilliant
I also have had rust form on my stone sink. So sad. It took about 3 years or so but I’m now replacing it and came to this video to see how to get the handles off. Huge pain trying to remove this as the nuts on the underside of the faucet handles were rusted in place. Mad respect to plumbers every time I have to get under a sink im so frustrated and it’s so awkward and uncomfortable I don’t know how ppl do this everyday.

Hello my friend, the video is very instructive, greetings from Brazil. I have a question: can I connect a handheld shower to the lower outlet where the bathtub pipe is used? For example, if I connect the handheld shower to the lower outlet, does the overhead shower stop dispensing water? I would like the overhead shower to stop when using the handheld shower. Is this possible with this type of valve, or would I need a different type of valve for this case?
you will need a diverter, I'm installing one right now, diverter looks like another valve and controls 3 different outlet, shower head, rain shower and hand shower.
so I have a two story townhouse and I want to add the washing machine standpipe on the 1st floor to the 2nd floor bathroom’s 3 in stack, can I add a 1st floor washing machine standpipe to that same stack with a 3x3x2 tee. And should I also run a vent like you did?
Helpful video, but would have been 10x more helpful if he had actually showed the process he used to remove the old gasket and reinstall the new one. Also, names of parts and perhaps links to where you could find them would also be very helpful.
Amazing. My son has the same Jeep. But the back wheel is not sitting right. It touches the plastic shell. I was looking for a picture of a proper Jeep 's belly and figure out what piece is finally out. So we can try to fix it. Do you mind sharing a picture of the bottom of the jeep?
