Welcome to my channel!! I love collecting records and showing you what I have! I mainly collect Beatles but love other artists too. I plan to make more ambitious videos once I have gained an audience so please subscribe to see what the future of this channel holds!
I used to have Beatles 45 that was double labeled with 3 quarters of the top label not glued, so I remember pulling it off, but my original collection was stolen and sold for drugs by a family member in about 91 or 92 . It's so sad because I know that I could be quite wealthy if I still had it and if I was in a selling mood. It's not even worth trying to tell you what I actually had, because it probably wouldn't sound believable.
OMG, thank you for sharing, you made my day. That apple, without any print, looks stunning. Too bad none of the boys thought to do that on any of their releases.
If you type "Signed editions of Moon Music" in the RU-vid search, you can find a Short where they actually sign with Sharpies. And you'll see which one is whose signature. W is Will, C is Chris, below W is Jonny, and the last is Guy.😊 Also look up "Chris Martin signing stuff, listening to Chappell Roan". You'll see him signing a pile of the cards.😊 Congrats! I am waiting for my signed CD and the Notebook edition delivered.
Yes. You have not just a misprint but a no print. You have a gold mine in your possession. Might be the only one ever printed. I never heard of such a mistake. Lol. I’ll give you 100 bucks for it. Lol
lol, you DON'T have all the albums if the CDs are missing in some! When collecting record albums that always means the records or the discs so you have several units with covers only.
A couple of things of note 1. The difference between the sliver and gold sets of the 1997 special edition is that the silver is widescreen and the gold is full screen. 2. Episode 3 was released on VHS in other countries. 3. That limited edition DVD of A New Hope with the bonus disc that has the original theatrical version was first released in 2006 individually along with Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi which they also had bonus discs. The one that you have is a 2008 re-release that was apart of an original trilogy box set with slim cases. They also re-released the DVDS of episodes 1, 2, and 3 in a prequel box set with slim cases at the same time in 2008.
You can get the VHS and DVD releases for super cheap now. It is probably the time to get into collecting if you have a working and good condition VCR. I have both the Gold and Silver, Silver is the standard Letterbox. There also was a limited set of those with a Jabba film cel which I don't have, i deliberately didn't buy that because I bought the laserdisc set.
That Album cover for BEN use to scare the S%#@$$ outta me as a kid 😂😂😂 Funny thing is I own one myself. Electric Video!! Keep up the Fantastic content.
I had the only copy Ive ever seen of the LA pressing with the longer Six O Clock track. The dead groove on the master plate on that side got bumped accidently and the cutter went into the label area.Copies were pressed and distributed before the side was recut. The recut used a secondary tape source that had an abbreviated mix of the song.
I should think you would be REALLY happy for $20 dollars. Most were there and if someone offered you all those mono CDs plus the 2 stereo CDs you would be very happy. I think you have a original copy complete with the spiderwrap lines from the shop
If things look to good to be true, mostly it isn't true. I don't know if you want to have a fake set just to see one, but if you did want an original ... there are a lot of videos on RU-vid with warnings. Tru cdjapan to find the missing ones. Good luchmk and take care.
Well, the bad news is, as far as I know none of the mono versions are available separately, so you might have some trouble tacking down the missing C.D.s (Best of luck in finding those) But I do think it's cool that you were able to pay only $20..00, PLUS you got Abbey Road and Let It Be throw in for compensation. Fun fact: Abbey Road and Let It Be WERE actually available in mono, but they were made especially the island countries of The South Pacific, where many people were so poor that they didn't have stereophonic record players. However, these were fake mono. This was known as "Fold Over" mono where you take a stereo mix, and rechannel it so everything comes out of one speaker. I've never owned one of these albums, not ever heard one, so I can't comment on the sound quality, but they existed at one time. Again, best of luck finding the missing mono versions from your collection, because they are quite unique.
