I have always been insecure about my 2 front teeths they had a gap.. and i also used to get bullied because of them and i stared hating my teeth.. so today is my first day trying this method wish me luck🤞
it's not a choking hazard for anyone wondering, we use the same elastics in braces and many people have to wear multiple of them each night and if they fall out during sleeping it's not a big deal
the result is good but is this safe?? i asked kriss ai and it said that this can be risky and potentially harmful... i think it's better to just go to the dentist 😓
J'utilise cette methode depuis maintenant 11 jours et le rendu visuel a clairement évoluer mes dents qui sont séparer et qui n'étais meme pas aligner se rapproche de jour en jour et s'aligne également sur le meme axe. Je ne sais pas si ce que je fait est mauvais pour les dents a long termes mais en tout cas la methode fonctionne bien mieux que je ne l'aurai imaginer ( ca m'a fait un peu mal seulement pendant les 3 premiers jours maintenant plus rien) Je vais continuer en espérant un résultat final quasi équivalent à un appareil dentaire.
@@wtryns Bonjour, Alors oui mes dents qui s'etaient completement collé se sont réécarter mais pas totalement j'ai conservé une bonne progression et j'essaie des placer des élastiques quelques heures, j'ai pris rdv chez l'otho fin juin pour placer la barre de contention si il veut bien
