I quit bowling when our local center went to strings it turned the sport that i,ve loved playing since 1999 including several leagues and tournaments with a passion and turned it into a holiday camp kiddies game , i,ve now taken up golf wich i absolutly love , bowlings dead to me now !
Hold your head up Belmo, you bowled amazing!!!!! Was an honor to get to speak to you at the meet and greet,Go get em!! Keep inspiring bowlers around the world to be great!! God bless
I bought the blue ich belmo ball before an I will buy one of these as well, absolutely, im also buying a 16 pounder to build strength and ball speed on my 13 & 14 pounders 👌
I really think this video making is distracting for you. Just don't the level of concentration you usually have.. I am an admirer from the beginning. Such smoothness but I feel you aren't at your best the last few months. Sorry you were Injured. Heal fast!
What a stupid way to decide not only the match but his whole tournament. Idk the easy answer, but that roll off isn't it. I'd prefer just an extra frame ( although that could potentially go on for quite a while, matching strike for strike or spare for spare) or even a one ball roll off which takes the spares out of the equation
Jillian, great work on this video. Good choice to add music and to mute the crowd chanting. Excellent choice to cut to ball reaction instead of panning. Only suggestion would be to bring in the crowd audio after the release (keep the music) then cut the crowd at the next bowlers approach. Good job, I understand how hard you work on putting these together.
So everyone would like quieter games of bowling really are you kidding me 😅 belmo tough season for you but noticed your health wasnt to great come back stronger next season 😉
I find the cheering to be non stop noise. 5 hours of this noise was agonizing. Cheer during the introduction then can it. Tom Clark sits there like a statue?
A lot of people are commenting about the chanting. As a bowler I imagine it becomes background noise and is less distracting than a cellphone going off in a quiet room. But as a viewer I found it quite annoying to the point I turned the sound off and just watched. Other shows it has not bothered me so much but this one did. On top of that there was some idiot who got up and did a dumb dance right as Jason was in his throw. I don’t know if anyone else caught it but it was a very in your face terrible moment. He was right up front mid way down the lane in the stands. How Jason didn’t stop his throw was boggling.
Belmo. You have accomplished so much, you have nothing left to prove, but another win would have been cool. I understand you have higher standards for yourself, but being in the top 8 is still great! ❤ 🎳
Not a fan of the music - would much rather listen to the crowd. Look forward to seeing you back in a couple of months. Hope to see some content before then. Perhaps some AMAs or whatever...
I absolutely hate the middle school softball-like chanting during these guys’ approaches. It makes the shows borderline unwatchable. I can’t help but cringe.
Enjoyed it but REALLY was not a fan of the drunken pub crowd format. I grew up on courtesy when someone is throwing a ball... Be loud before and after... but show respect when it's their time.
Thank you for dampening that chanting throughout most of the vlog. I’m guessing you could not show the shots from a better angle or even show the scores during the games. From that perspective this was a lot less enjoyable.
Really didn’t care for the crowd noise while they were on the approach. At the very least shut up during the roll off. There is just too much at stake and it’s hard enough under primo conditions.
Some bowlers prefer it because it drowns out those random cell phone drops and such. When it is extremely quiet you can hear every little pin drop and can be distracting. When there is constant noise you just get used to it
