You guys are out of this world! Corine and I will be sailing October 18-21, 2024, our 50th Anniversary cruise to Key West, Ocean Cay on the MSC Magnifica. Joseph & Corine Wilson On Deck With CB! Been on MSC a few times. Start cruising in 1974, on Sea Escape, a 49 dollar day cruise to the Bahamas! About 30 plus cruises later, no better way to vacation.

I've been on cruises b-4 and thus will be my wirh MSC. you still have to print boarding pass out correct..I'm trying to tell a 1st time cruiser..because she said it is already in the phone
Mosquitoes 🦟 were they bad in that swim out? Also it looks dark, does this room receive sunlight. I love the swimout idea but i a mosquito magnet and i really want sun on this vacation. I live in a dreary grey residence currently trying to esvapr on this vacay 😅 thanks in advance!
The mosquitoes were only bad at night when we went down to the actual beach. We did not feel any at night in our swimout. You can request a different location of your room but from what we saw most of the garden view swimout rooms were shaded but not “dark” by any means on a clear sunny day

It's OK, but pretty vulgar that you pay for a Suite Class and still have to pay for the mini bar. I hate that only full luxury lines offer a free minibar with suite classes. If you pay for a suite, the mini bar should be included. I was almost going to book a 4(5) day cruise with MSC on Magnifica, but 2000$ for SR1 suite was way too much for such a short cruise; also after seeing this video, and now learning you have to pay for the mini bar, pfft!
We visited September 2023. We did get a chance to visit the Dreams side of the resort. We actually enjoyed it. Very well put together and clean. You can also try out the restaurants on that side because it’s included in your resort fee.
We included round-trip transfers when booking the room initially so we did not have to call. They were there waiting for us when we got off the flight and when it was time to return home, so we did not have to call. Hopefully they answer!
Oh heeyyy Virgo Nation🤗 Virgoat ‼️🐐 edited to ask this question: Are the little tiki looking huts for rent, if so how much; or are they first come first serve basis type thing?
The smaller ones by the pool are an extra cost (I would contact them for current pricing). The tiki hut ones that are on the beach in the sand are only for preferred club guests and are no extra cost to them and do not need reservation. So if you are not preferred guest you cannot rent them.
Thinking of booking this exact style room for my birthday in September. Were the swimout pools clean? I'm torn between the swimout and the balcony hot tub🥴
100% clean...and we don't take cleanliness lightly lol No leaves or "rings" in or around the pools. They were very fresh and the water was very clear. Depending on how much you want to spend, both I think would be a good option. Take the hot tub if you want more of an "up high" view!
We are new to your channel and just want to let you know that we love how humble and positive you guys are. Some people tend to be negative if a something does not go their way or is not what they expect but you guys see the positive in everything. My wife and I are the same way. Keep it up guys !
@@4Love4Life oh and forgot to mention. We will be cruising on same boat on October. Thanks for the info regarding payments , settling bill etc. It will be our 1st time on MSC. We are also Royal fans but also enjoy other lines as well.

Thank you for the beach information because we never get off the ship at Freeport but we will now. I was surprised the straw market did not have a restaurant?
I didnt understand the $250 thing could u explain to me what were u paying of. I have all inclusive will I still have to pay something even after I paid for the cruise?
The $250 was the gratuities for 2 people during our sailing. We decided not to put a credit card on file but instead do a cash account. If you do elect to do a cash account, the cruise line wants you to put a certain amount down per person/ per day to cover the charges. Hope this helps. 😃
Great video.. Do they do the same thing Carnival does at dining and run around taking peoples pictures to try and sell them to you later? Does anyone know? I'm not a fan of this.

My husband and I will be going on the MSC,Magnifica in September 16-20, celebrating our 35th anniversary, this is our first cruise .We just watched this video so thank you for your input on the Magnifica.
@@4Love4Life really? I guess anything's possible so I don't doubt it but I've always brought mine and I've never had a problem. Guess it just depends on the person scanning your bags, but at least now we have options thanks to your video! I usually bring both cuz sometimes I don't even feel like steaming them 😂

We really enjoyed the main dining room. We had steak, lamb, salmon, chicken and other fish at our table and everyone (who were 3 African American couples) all enjoyed our food. Of course, I dont know how the kitchen crew/chefs change so it may not be everyone's experience. Service was pretty decent at our table and our section was super busy with a large family group. But I heard that MSC does not have as many staff as other cruise lines which helps them to keep cost lower...so who knows. Yes the pizza was slamming. I am a NYC girl and I was happy to have some pizza reminiscent of what I grew up on. I think I ate that the most at the buffet along with salad.
This was so good and informative. I had watch other videos and had heard that MSC wasn’t so welcoming to African Americans, I was waiting to see if you all experienced that. It seem you all didn’t experience that, it was nice to hear what yr experiences we’re nicely done..
