😢you're making one mistakehere--- a mother cat with new kittens wants a lair, an enclosed space where her kittens can not be seen or climb out of. it should be away from other cats. she should be able to step or jump out but the blind kittens can not. she needs to be able to leave the nest but knows her babies are safely hidden, so she can go eat and drink and groom herself while the kittens sleep. they grow, every time they sleep, so they shouldn't be disturbed or awakened. she will want to move them to another lair, about every week, lest predators discover them--- so try to create more than one hiding place for her. the other cats and kittens should not be able to find her lair. and she will not feel safe as long as you have her blind kittens exposed in the open room. so you may have to create another room to be her lair. a closet works well. a cabinet where she can open the door to come and go, but the door can't shut on the kittens paws. putting a box inside that closet or cabinet should be good. she can get in and out, but the kittens can't. there will come a day when the kittens eyes and ears are up and they WILL be able to climb out. THEN. they can be out in the open room. I raised 25 cats between 1993 and 2023, with 5 litters of nnewborns, to realize this.
Adorable cat and kittens! Thank you for allowing them to live with you and feeding them until the mother cat could adapt to being inside. Some possible names for the kittens are Annabelle, Delilah, Samson, Mewsette, Leila, and Tigger. 💜
If all of the kittens girls we can name them. 1st kitten: Alicia 2nd kitten: Aurora 3rd kitten: hanah 4th kitten: amber If there is 2 boys or one name them this. Two kitten boy: Ganesh Roni One kitten boy: Ethan
It is amazing how the cats are able to sense who they can trust to take care of their babies. God bless you all as you look after God's creatures 🙏🏽 🙌🏾 ❤️
