I tried these solutions but they didn't work. What finally worked was pulling the paper tray out to where it would be if it started printing the data then turning the power on. Why that cleared the error i have no idea.

I'm looking for a solution to a problem where the Brother Brother QL-1110NWB has decided that it is good praxis to go constantly into sleep mode and announcing itself as off line. This has nothing to do with drivers or workstation setup. Actually the printer seems to turn itself off after some time and doesn't turn on again until a person actully presses the ON button. Oh, and the printer is connected to the local network by cable.

Thank you for having me delete all my printer setups and have to reinstall them. This is not a valid step as the problem manifests itself on multiple machines.

I had been away for 10 weeks and, when I returned, I got the B200 error on my MG6530 printer. However, I fixed it in 10 minutes. I took the printhead out, and let it soak in a 1/2 inch of warm water. The water went really black, so I changed it, and did that several times until no more ink came out. I dried the printhead with a lint-free cloth, and put it back in the printer and - hey presto - it works fine again. This was a really easy fix, and I recommend it.

Brother printer HL-L3210CW won't power up. Brother printer HL-L3210CW flashing Data light got stuck on constant. I unplugged it at the back of the printer, as cancel or power button had no effect. After this it wouldn't power up at all. I tried all the usual and recommended quick fixes but nothing worked. Left the printer unplugged for a week while I was on holiday and when I came back and plugged it in, it powered up as usual!! (Must've taken longer than a few minutes to clear out the printer's memory? Shorter than a week but no idea how long:-)

Brand new printer and it constantly goes offline or is not available. I shouldn't have to unplug it each time. Very disappointing.

A whopping 23 steps?! sheesh. What happened to 'plug and play'? Both amazon and walmart say this printer is compatible with Windows and Mac - That means if I still use windows XP - the printer will work? If I go ahead and get windows 11 - it will work on that version of Windows as well? I seriously need to know. thanks
