Great job on the video man. Very well made video and seems like im the first comment. Looking forward to my first ever decon wash. Hope I don't screw anything up lol. Doing a 2 bucket wash method and clay
I always air up when I wash my E30 just so it's easier to get the mesh wheels done I detail my wheels the same way though except my pump sprayer has the Schrader valve so I can just use the air compressor to pump it up quick and easy. This E30 looks like a two-door version of mine with a few less things on it. Polished mine again last fall with a layer of ceramic wax on it from griots.
Hey mate aired up is of course easier but it was down just for the video and looks! The owner is getting the BBS wheels refurbished so we didn’t do too much work on them. This E30 was freshly resprayed as well and we laid Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra 9 year + Gtechniq Exov5 so it won’t need a paint correction for a long time.
@@infinitydetailingstudio Yeah i figured so, ive washed mine for a video aired out just for the aesthetic part of it. Paint def looked like it was redone at once. Watching the detail on the wheels and the center caps werent lined up really bothered my ocd but them being redone makes sense.
Hey mate. I am currently using the BigBoi WashR Pro with all the included accessories like the hose, reel & gun. Works great and you can adjust pressure to your liking.
Great vid, enjoyed watching that! Check out my latest vid clean and protecting monza alloy wheels. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-a_og14j80gs.html&ab_channel=NotDetailing
Looks good, but if that is a stainless steel exhaust tip and you rub it back with steel wire wool it will be rusty again in no time due to that stainless now being contaminated with normal steel. Scotch brite or a stainless steel wire wheel would be better and the finish would last longer.
It is 0000 steel wool! It’s perfectly safe as it’s very fine and doesn’t scratch the finish. It’s also amazing at removing rust. The tips were cleaned properly again with APC and a microfibre towel ensuring no contamination. Scotch brite or stainless steel wire would have been too abrasive on the finish. Least aggressive method is always the best when detailing.
