Heat up oil, first fried the onion remove from the oil and keep a sight , then in the same oil fy raisains removed then fry carrot with 1 tablespoon sugar then in a bowl mix fried carrot and raisains with quater teaspoon cardamom powder, then fried yakhni wala chicken pieces , removed from oil, then in the same oil add 1 cup sugar and caramelised 75 % boiled rice like biryani

its a good recipe thank you for sharing it, I would suggest increasing the water amount... at least 1.5 cup water to maybe 2. I put 1/4 cup sugar and substituted the rest with sweet and low and used olive oil (1/2 cup same ratio as suji).. yes the Ghee edge is not there but worked for my purpose.

Sometimes the flour that you are using might be the reason. Try adding small amount of oil when making the dough. Make small dough balls, apply some oil on them and then leave it covered for at least 1/2 an hour or so. To make puri, please use some oil on the surface first and then roll the dough.
