Uhm, I mean it's a cool house, its uh, you got it listed for 1295, it's 5,300 square feet It's got the brick facade The garages are great, garage doors are great, but I mean you and I both know the place needs some updating It's got the original brick flooring, standard bond, running bond, whatever you call it It's pretty good but, the place needs a lot of updating, the 90's cabinets are rough The appliances are old, and I know they're replaceable but All the wood needs to be stripped, and sanded, and recolored As good as it is, it needs a lot, but it is dope..

I live in this area. Totally sucks no one who lives here can actually afford any of these homes. They’re all out of state people. Mostly Mass-holes from Massachusetts!
Very well done video. For the FIRST time? I wouldn’t change a single thing about this home. Right down to the furniture, textiles, art, decor, colors. Absolutely perfect.
This guy lies on "ALL" pricing of the homes as a "Come On" to view his channel. Not once have I found anyone of his videos to be accurate. Once you go to a reputable real-estate website you find the home he showcased is always $100,00 or more!! That is just not right, he needs to verify the home he is showcasing before listing it on line.
I can look at nice pictures of properties all day long...I'm lookin' for info., simple questions...Where, price, taxes, etc. Won't be lookin' at this channel again...God bless ya', God bless everybody.
