Mahler AGS GmbH is a manufacturer for on-site gas generation and separation technologies with a history of more than 150 years.
Our main technologies include hydrogen generation by steam methane or methanol reforming, process gas purification by PSA or membrane technology, oxygen generation by VPSA technology, nitrogen generation by PSA or membrane technology and also the generation of protective gases by combustion, catalytic and adsorbtion technology.
Our company has a long track record for unmaned operated industrial plants which are installed all around the world. We do offer service contracts as well as one time services for our plants and similar plants from third parties even after decades of use.

Dear @www.youtube.com/@mahleragsgmbh2202, it's a good video to explain simple hydrogen generation process. May I download for my additional presentation material?
When you combine hydrogen with methane the clouds that are produced are purple that like a soda bottle that is cold but almost frozen when you turn the bottle upside down and hit it will freeze our purple clouds will fall down on us freezing us and crushing everything.
It's probably wrong. Methane must be broken up much sooner than the moment it gets to the adsorption stage. Adsorption is just the separation. I wonder if you know what you're talking about.
How much of 1) CO 2) CO2 3) NOx is usually emitted into atmosphere per 1kg of H2 produced with this technology? And what's usuall electrical energy consumption per 1kg of H2 produced?
i want to extract hydrogen from martian methane to make h2o. so on a trip to mars i would take more oxygen than hydrogen. and less potassium than the other 2 chemicals in npk. less magnesium also. for grass and other plants. and extract the oxygen from that.
If the Methane came from Algae that was grown in Photo Bio Reactors(PBR, using waste water) and used the Methane for making steam and for Hydrogen. ALL CO2 released could be permanently sequestersed by using it in the Photo Bio Reactors. A True Green Carbon Negative Hydrogen!.Also we already have the facilities that currently use fossil fuel Methane, so no new infrastructure needed, same workers employed, plus extra for the PBR.
we are planing to setup psa unit for medical and industrial use in hyderabad. please send detailed report with plant costing, setup time, and other details dgbiyani@@t, 8555803643
oxygen produced is split into two. Small part is fed back into the canister of Zeolite Molecular Sieve 5A to flush out the accumulated nitrogen which is not showing in your animation. Rest is very helpful.
Sir please add more video , more more useful and easily understood . sir can you upload fractional distillation column video and petroleum industry please sir.
The purpose of steam in the steam reforming process is to provide oxygen for oxydation of the methane and hydrogen for the hydrogen formation. E.g. CH4 + 2H2O <-> CO2 + 4H2. You will find several related chemical equilibrium equations online.
@@2988juanjo Some systems only depressurize to clean. This employs a vacuum compressor instead. The system that depressurize, must waste some oxygen to first fill in. The vacuum one never waste precious oxygen and also is better because you may use a bigger vacuum pressure to empty the container from nitrogen.
@@enriquegonzalez2802 why these are so expensive to buy... is it possible get the nitrogen absorving material from somewhere at cheap rate and make my own concenterator?
