I play Forza, Iracing, War Thunder and Call of duty. I also drift in real life at my local track. I plan to upload a variety of different videos. I also stream on twitch. www.twitch.tv/nowilderness
@@TheRealGoobz I’m not even doing that since that would cause the car to go off track on some sections. If you do max settings then change the braking to one assist down. (It won’t stop for cars in front of you) then change the throttle control to automatic. You will still need to interact occasionally like look around or something.
Hahahahahaha hahahahahaha hah. After I got a wheel and pedals, I dominate even harder online, but man oh man is that hilarious watching people get out paced by that Ai lol.
"It doesn't feel like it's got as good of brakes as it should" - It's not drum brakes, it's how you're using the pedal. Jumping on and off the brakes makes the car teeter like a see-saw, and doesn't allow you to use the tire to it's full advantage. Get to 100% pressure, hold it, then bleed off as the wheel turns / nose visually starts turning into the corner. Quit flashing it with 30%, then jumping to 100, then backing off to 60. I promise the nose will turn more quickly and it'll stop faster if you do.
@@Sennasloafers thanks I will work on that for sure! I know I panic braked a couple times. I will practice trail braking and getting better at controlling it.
@@Nowilderness Yeah, man - no worries! It's hard getting a feel for it virtually at first. Takes a ton of game-time and intense, rigorous, consistent practice to be quick in most anything you drive on the game.
@@Sennasloafers yeah I’m quicker when driving from hood view but people don’t like watching those videos as much. Hopefully you will see an improvement in the next video. 😁
@@SuppenDfg you can set it so they brake for other cars but then they never pass basically. I might do one of those in the future but when I tried it the races were pretty boring lol
Nah, its faster to learn your breaking points and drive to the absolute limit. The lines are a crutch for noobies that tell you to stop before you need to depending on your build. Once you shed them off you will really improve as a driver. Real sims dont have a magic breaking line, so it's best to learn it now "my dude"
I don't know if you've noticed how unreliable online is at the moment poor network stuttering throughout races and skill points not adding up ive had 5th 6th and 4th place finishers in lobbies of 12 or more and I'm losing skill points with clean racing not sure what's going on
As the perfect backseat driver that I am,.... You going in corners to fast, and have to break mid corner to stay on track, instead of going in a bit slower, and accelerate out the corner giving you way more speed down the straights. also a few sloppy cornors where there is way more track to be used. There is absolutely room for improvements. But I enjoy the race/video!!!
Ive had two instances now of ending up in lobby after lobby with dudes lagging as badly as this guy My guess is what they all have in common is playing last gen consoles on bad wifi
"We just murdered a man" and right after "Avoidable contact feels a little harsh there". I think that would be manslaughter and not murder, in this case. This isn't lag, it's a player who is in another lobby. They can't see you. This bug has been around a while, but I haven't seen it in months. You can usually tell because they don't move when you ram them, or they go flying and snap back. He would glitch around more with lag. Please increase the volume amplitude of your videos by around 50-100%. I need to put my speakers about twice as loud as usual, making it a bit jarring when I get a notification or something.
Yeah you got me there lol Yeah I just had the same thing happen to me again a couple days ago. Thanks for the feedback! I will do that for my next video!
I really don't get how you can put up with all that useless information on the screen. That HUD looks like it was designed by a 4 year old. I mean, seriously... Floating gamer tags? I don't give a fractional fuck what your name is. Get out of my way lol.
I use ForzaTune Pro as a baseline and then adjust from there based on how the car feels and my driving style. It's definitely worth it. The Pro version gives you Gear tuning , and sometimes it's off, but again a little adjustments, and you have a solid build that can be competitive against the meta cars. At least for me. Maybe it's the driver as well, lol. But great baseline start if you don't know where to begin. I co-sign the app.
Wonder if it’ll be as broken as the Porsche…either way be nice to either have a lobby that’s not 99% Porsche and me in a classic Mini built to R or S class😂
