This is a channel that focuses on football refereeing videos and workouts. Watch decisions from games, reviews of whistles and many different types of situations.
Thank you for watching. The signals shown are a mix of the ones from the IFAB laws of the game and from real world refereeing. I also wanted to show how a referee can use body language to explain and sell a decision better. I hope some of the signals and body language techniques shown can be of some help.
I saw that you use Garmin watches for your matches. 1) Could I ask which GPS settings do you use, because I have problems with my distances during matches (f.ex. Sunday league match and I my watches showed I´ve run more than 10,5 km, or as AR on U19 match more than 5km). I use the "All system" settings and I think that it is so accurate, that it track my left hand, then if I turn myself, sensor recognize movement of my hand a record it as 1-1,2m move. 2) What app do you use as your referee timer during match? Sorry English is not my native language.
@@Wgtutors790 It would work, however the sound is dark and it will not be heard well if there is background sound from the audience. Whistles with light sounds will be heard better.

Jag tror inte han sa så. Det låter nog bara så. Eller att en annan spelare kanske sa det mot honom. För jag uppfattade inte det under matchen alls att jag hörde det. Det är grov utvisning då, inte varning.

I haven’t used whistles under water but both are pealess and would work. But if you mean above water, as you saw on the video, Sonik Blast is much louder than the Slimline Tornado. So for safety use you should choose that.

What do you think about Fox 40 Mini in general? How is it in comparison to Classic for example? The fun fact is that according to your measurements in other video, it's even louder than Classic (and it feels so!), whereas according to Fox 40 data, it's much quieter (115 vs. only 109 dB). And it's smaller and more compact, therefore it may be very comfortable for some. Seems like great, but underrated whistle.
The mini sounds similar but the size makes it difficult to use as a referee. When you run you want to have a whistle that makes you confident. With that size it’s difficult to use. More suitable for other activities.
Thank you for the quick answer. Ok, so from what I understand it is possible and shouldn’t be a big issue (asking as it seems due to this shape it’s easier to accidentally use it upsidedown in the middle of the heat 😅 than the more traditional/regular whistle form).
@quangvudinh it’s rare to accidentally use it upside down but any regular whistle would still work that way. It’s just easier to use a whistle on the correct side.
