In Viridian Forest, there's an NPC that can teach a Pokémon Bug Bite if you give him an Oran Berry. The NPC is a Bug Catcher kid who you can find by entering Viridian Forest and then walking all the way to the right. You should spot him there.

There is no Centiskite Sevii, but you can use the regular Centiskite on a Seviian Centiskorch to Mega evolve into Mega Seviian Centiskorch.

I got a Chinchou from a 30% chance encounter rate while fishing with an Old Rod at Route 25. You can also find it in Viridian City during the daytime with a 2% encounter rate. You then just evolve it into Lanturn at level 27.
