I am a Certified Medicinal Aromatherapist, Reiki Master, Shamanic Healer, Intuitive Psychic Medium, and Anthropologist (PhD Candidate at University of Edinburgh, Scotland).
When working with Wisdom of the Earth, these are medicinal 100% pure essential oils, which do not need a carrier oil. We recommend you do not blend the oils as this is like making a salad dressing and the oils will go off pretty quick. This video will go through how to work with these oils more in-depth: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OJJla9XG63Q.htmlsi=7u1JC2agg9xcbELk
When using Wisdom of the Earth, they are medicinal grade, hand ceremonially poured, and are applied without a carrier oil. An adult dose is about 8 drops every three hours. While these are ‘cool’ temperature essences and shouldn’t cause skin irritation, do a test patch (apply one drop) on the back of your hand first to see as everyone is different. I cannot vouch for other brands :)
Wonderful 🎉 information! Next time if you could put the names of the oils in the description. The transcription doesn’t have spell check, so couldn’t find the first one. Keep up the great work ❤
Thank you for such useful informations. My problems to remember all the names. I could only remember two names. I have painful knees. I will try the birch. Thanks.. God bless you. I
Since centuries the optimal essential oil for digestion will be castor oil. So you will not only be able to cleanse your intestines from all the waste but your body from all the toxins (especially methylmercury!) deposed there via the liver too. Here in RU-vid you may find far more than 70 recommendations to take daily 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach, this especially in India and in the surrounding area. But everyone should find out his optimal frequency to take castor oil: once, twice or thrice the month; once, twice or thrice the week; or (why not?) daily. Essential will be exclusively that you will do this regularly.
So much wisdom packed in here Kelsey. Will need to watch again and take notes in a quiet space. And I LOVE your opening here to start with love and respect for others in such a graceful and impactful way. So thank you for that and those reminders. I’ve found there is less of that these days. There is wisdom in all our ancestral cultures… we shouldn’t need to appropriate another’s. We should simply honor and welcome each other, while also respecting each other enough not to overstep. So, beautifully done.
Thank you so much! Really grateful for your support, watching this, and warm-heart words. It’s been an honour seeing your journey through motherhood and reclaiming your ancestral and spiritual wisdom - I’m also learning from you 💗
This has been extremely helpful and insightful. I've been drawn to work a lot with environmental wellness and I feel these essences will help extremely. Truly grateful Thank you ❤
Hi Kelsey! Thanks for sharing those oils! I have Pine Scotch oil and really like the scent of that one! Very fresh and earthy and I feel that connection to Mother Earth. Also have Lemongrass...I find that oil is a good substitute for cleaning! Anyways am wanting more of that connection with earth and these oils do differently help..thanks!
Aww brilliant!! It always amazes me how the plants/oils will call us even when we have no idea why and sometimes find out later the specific reasons 🤍🩷
So good. Okay, taking more notes. I definitely need to work on the depth of my essential oil knowledge - I am quite novice, honestly. I have some favs, but so limited. AND in reflection, I think I could be using the oils I do use NOT in a way that is actually beneficial to the purpose that they can bring me most use and benefit. So, learning and reflection here, which is GREAT.
LOVE THIS!!! << This is also why grounding is so important. >> But - going to read "The Body Keeps the Score," I have so much understanding and relative experience there! Taking notes on these oils, the Cedarwood, the Cade, and the Petitgrain are new for me. I was totally meant to watch this today and absorb this knowledge. Also taking with me "No, is a complete sentence... in a loving way." - I need to write that down as a reminder to myself in my boundary setting. Thank you Kelsey! <3
Thank you so much for watching and leaving such a beautiful comment! Saying No, period - ah such a challenge for the people pleaser in me as well. Let me know if you have any questions! xoK
Dose the mugwort essential oil cause dreams. I know that smoking fresh dried Mugwort causes lucid dreams so I would like to know if the oil version does the same thing.
Apologies for not seeing this! Mugwort oil can help facilitate dreams. What she’s really great for in this aspect is revealing to us what we need to release and let go of. 💗
Yes starting to do these monthly :) let me know if you have any questions! I also teach Level 1 medicinal aromatherapy through Wisdom of the Earth if you’re interested. More info here: www.anthroangel.com/blank-page-2
Yes! The oil I describe in the video is made from the violet flower, just called Violet. There is another oil, Violet Leaf, that has different properties and aromatic profile. 💜
I subbed your channel, I love your energies. You just emit so much love and light and I like that! So much negativity in this world right now, we need more beautiful people like you spreading love and light! God bless you girl, I look forward to learning from you. Essential oils are my thing but I don’t know much about those bowls and I love the Indian flute and drums! So pleased to meet you!
