I couldn't care less about benching. Giant meatheads benching like crazy and can't do a single dip or pull-up, which is more real life strength. If you don't have the levers for benching stay out of it, your shoulders will thank you on the long run😊
There is no such thing as building a base. If you're hyperfocusing on bench, you better be competing in powerlifting because otherwise you're wasting your energy. Arm training is severely neglected nowadays. Guys think they can do 3-6 sets per week for triceps and biceps, but in reality the ideal is between 15 and 30 sets per week for triceps and biceps each, ideally spread across 3-4 days. When you have good arm genetics though, they are goint to grow no matter what you do, which is why many powerlifters often neglect arms. My little sister got big arms out of doing compound movements. Mine only grew when I started training them directly. A 225 lb bench is just a feat of strength, it does not guarantee a great physique.

You may have the strength, but you definitely don’t have the endurance or participation to hold up in a fight. Watch your ego. 😂
all men should feel the feeling of doing at least 20 if not 30 wide grip pullups with proper form.... if you go to the gym for over a year and are 16 to 60 years of age and are between 50kg to 100kg bodyweight it should be easily achievable (lost me at chin ups)
A lot of people are ODing on that natty hopium that these influencers supply them with. Don’t fill your head full of unrealistic expectations of guys who ego lift and/ or use gear. That only leads to a path of disappointment and injury.

The AirPods maxes are not a viable option in 2024 with the AirPods gen 2 pros being 600 dollars cheap and with arguably better noise quality they are way more worth the money and with the AirPods Maxes being 3 years old there will be a new model coming any time now
Are you going to the gym and barbell benching ever chest day. I actually make way more gains benching with dumbbells. Less elbow strain, and it gives a bigger stretch to the pecks because you can go lower in the movement. If you want even better gains do a machine bench press because it targets the pecks way more and you don't have stability demands and you can load the weight a lot more. Barbell benching is only good for one thing, answering the question of how much do you bench. It doesn't do anything to give you a bigger chest than Dumbells or machine bench does and actually incline bench works the pecks even more because it focuses on the top of the pecks which is the biggest part of the chest. Also, chest flies make a bigger chest than flat benching does.
