I specialize in long-format videos highlighting long trail runs, exploration of interesting areas and high quality adventures. Most of my content is only lightly edited and includes commentary and editorial opinions. My adventures are focused on getting outside into spectacular natural settings - and doing LONG runs and races. This channel does NOT feature slick editing, fast cuts and choreographed music. Just plain talk and information with minimal interference.
I remember doing this trip back in the early 90's. It's all the same, as I remember. If I would go today, well let's say I don't have enough money. Millions
Your comments at the end in the car won’t win you any friends in Turkey. They’re trying to build this race into something special for the region. Some criticism is okay, but geez…..
What pampered privileged people we are. They act like it’s a life time achievement climbing to these towns when, for the indigenous people, it’s the walk to school.
Thank you for taking time to share the interactions you have with fellow humans on the trail. I love your smile and the reminder that a hike is far more than the distance and time. Love this video. Will be doing my first Rim2Rim june 17th 2024 NK to BA with an overnight stay at Havasupai campground. Going to delve into more of your content!
I did it! I did it! I watched the whole thing!! 😂 It was spectacular. I lived all of it. I am amazed how you were able to stay so present and interactive while in the midst of running your race. Which you did so well! Bravo!! Congratulations on an excellent finish and an excellent production. I have so many questions but 2 are foremost in my mind. 1. What does your training look like? 2. How did you get those result bubbles for all the runners you came across? I think you mentioned this in the video as a collab with Wes Plate?
Here I am a year later and watching your video again! I love that it is 7 1/2 hours! I am watching while cycling indoors as it is super cold and grey outside. The high today is below 0! Watching all of you running in 90 degrees makes my heart warmer! Plus you are always happy and grateful to be able to run 250 miles! Thank you.
When I was 12 I was 132 lbs and I shot a full auto Tommy gun and a browning automatic keep in mind I was trained and using a lot of guns and that was 70 years ago 1940s I entered the military in 1947
Hey Kerry, I just finished watching your awesome video of Coca250. Yes, I watched the whole thing, though not all in one go. Here's the thing... I will be watching the whole thing again... and again... until I get to run this event. My plan is to enter the 2025 event because I've got a few other events next year. So thank you for taking the time and putting so much effort into this video, it is the best ultra video I have ever seen, and I've watched quite a few! Keep going and maybe I'll get to meet you one day, although I live in Spain so... I will be looking for pacers though so if you hear of anyone it would be great to know. I'm 60 years old now and will be 62 by the time I get out to Cocadona 😊
