Art & Soul Consulting is a new Equity, Diversity & Inclusion consulting service that provides specialized services for theaters and arts organizations.

As an outside entity, we provide organization-wide support as well as external accountability for both staff and Board members, as well as freelance artists rotating in and out of creative projects.
