It took me a while to master the diagonal half hitch knot so I practised on some scrap cord until I got the hang of the patterning. Once I got the idea I loved making it. It looks so effective with some lights curled around inside. Thank you for the tutorial!
Extremely beautiful! Can this be made in two colours, say red and white? And if yes, then 8 ropes of one colour, and 8 ropes of other colour. So that in each group 2 red, 2 white we take. But then how to place them at the top on the ring to get a perfect alternative colour pattern?
