Having experience in industry with manufacturing and labor, especially in assembly, I would think you could speed the labor recognition of the positioning for layup of the unpressed-raw product before applied film, by color coding a grid pattern of something like 500MM square over the entire pin system in red. Making the red grid one pin wide on the X and Y. this would help the labor to immediately recognize where they were in positioning the product. (they seem to be a little unsure where they are in the video with the positioning task. The red grid is a yardstick to measure with. Once their minds are used to the red grid they will, especially on repetition work, automatically find and know their position points. Red is a good color. The grid does not have to match the product outline; just be available for location. Same reason they have a line dividing the path for runners in the foot race; keeps runner on point.
