I scrolled for an update video but didn't find one. I'm thinking about KAC 9006 fog light bulbs for our '02 Lexus LS430 but Auxito LEDs are supposed to be pretty good too I think but a litttle more expensive on Temu. So what do you think about the KAC lights, are they as bright as you'd hoped and how are they still performing?

@notaprovee

With my experience, I didn't mention the price, maybe I just forgotten, since I had pre-book a bit of time in advance and forgot how much I paid for it. Also prices fluctuate on the time of bookings, the days of bookings, and the conditions of bookings. Example: If I booked this 2 months in advance, prices may had been lower; big price difference for weekend dates starting Thursdays to Sundays, as for lower prices from Mondays to Wednesdays; if I book directly from hotel websites, they are usually more, but from travel websites, they have lower deals. So pricing fluctuates.

Can also use your semi auto magazines for reloading your 9 mm revolver,a 15 round capacity magazines gives you 3 reloads ,by thumbing the round from the magazine to the revolver cylinder, same with the 40 s&w and 45 acp also works with 22 lr caliber revolver and 22 lr caliber magazines 👍💯🤔 give it a shot 😆, some gun stores have a mix of miscellaneous magazines for sale for various calibers and pistols, or buy some cheap ones, don't matter if you don't have that particular pistol it will still work for a speed loader and extra way to carry ammo 🤨🇺🇸 also a 6 or 8 round 22 magnum revolver and a 30 round magazine for a keltec pmr 30 works great,, but you can get 6 round and 8 round speed loaders for them but a 22 magnum magazine is another option for those revolvers

I am in California, Gen 5 Glocks aren't on our handgun roster, so our only options are Gen 3 models. What State are you in? If you have Gen 5 available in your State, then your debate will be on cost difference, features, after-market or spare parts availability. From what I know, Gen 3 are specifically still being manufactured for California. Without California, they would have discontinued Gen 1-4, and only have Gen 5.

So the way you to make sure the bullet is lined up is to slightly pull the hammer back, to make sure you're prepared for self defense? Has there been any concern with cartridge creep (bullet protruding slightly from the case) the way there's been so much talk with the Ruger LCR? Has this gun eliminated that?
@notaprovee
@notaprovee 4 месяца назад
For your first question of pulling the hammer back to lined up the the round for self defense? I personally don't do that, unless I am ready to fire the gun at my target/ intruder. What you just describe is cocking/ priming the hammer into quick release trigger to fire. As for lining the round into position, you don't need to cock the hammer. The cylinder have indentation cuts on it, in which when you pull the trigger to first cycle, it automatically aligns the round with the barrel. As home defense, when you are aiming at the intruder, just pull the trigger all the way, automatically double cycles fast. For second question. I don't hear or follow much with the Ruger LCR, and I don't own one, so I have little to no knowledge of it or the talks around it. As for the concern of the cartridge creep (protruding slightly out from the case), I'm gonna try to see if I understand this. Are you talking about the bullet protruding out from it's casing, as in not seated properly? Or are you talking about the round protruding out from the cylinder chamber? Overall, with my 9mm PIT PULL, I haven't had problems (except for forgetting to lube the ejection rod and cleaning he chamberings and cylinder), so I can say that this in question is not of concern to me.
@mikem.2078
@mikem.2078 4 месяца назад
@@notaprovee Thanks for explaining how the trigger works. As for the "bullet creep", some were reporting that as they fired the lcr, it would violently shake, actually causing some bullet heads to loosen from the case by the 5th round. I'm not sure how many times you've fired yours yet, but I hope it goes well and let us know how it all performed.
@notaprovee
@notaprovee 4 месяца назад
That is interesting to hear about the Ruger LCR. I don't know of anyone with it or any other 9mm revolvers. I think the LCR uses external moon clips. As for mines, I've fired personally 4 times, 5 shots each, so total of 20 rounds. Others have shot it with about a total of 20 rounds. Over all, not experienced in the "bullet creep" thing with my PIT BULL.@@mikem.2078

@notaprovee
@notaprovee Месяц назад
@@justinkayz8995 I figured it was "Crimp Jump". I've heard of that happening with most 9mm revolvers that uses external loading cartridges/ quick loaders/ moon clips. I am no mechanical engineer, but an external rotary device that holds the rims of a cartridge with hard combustion force may more likely causes friction with the ammo. With my PIT BULL, the built in moon clip/ ejector is solidly conformed within the cylinder reducing frictions. I have not experienced Crimp Jump on my gun, however my usage/ practice on it is limited. We will see in the future of it's performance later.

I store a couple boxes and a lot loose. A 50 can weighs 60 #s filled loose and isn't easy to lug around. With a couple boxes that I can grab from it, means I can just grab 100 and go. As seen here,ru-vid.comv2RgZ2pSqlM With 2500 rounds that's 52.2 # in the bullets themselves BTW.

Yes, weight is heavy with fully loaded loose ammo rounds in a 50 cal metal ammo can. Ideally that type of storage is meant for stationary storage, not mobility. For grab and go, it's best to keep rounds in boxes of 50-100, then your can grab several boxes and pocket/bag them for on the go.

425 lbs weight limit is the stock usage limit with no other weight accessories or passenger loads. Considering this is a tandem kayak, say two adults average weight 175 lbs each. That's already 350 lbs. Factor in the stadium chairs, paddles, accessories, another 25 lbs. That is now 375 lbs, from 425, you are left with 50 lbs of maximum gear weight which includes fishing/outdoor gear: rods and reels, tackle box, food/water/snacks, safety items, etc. See how the weight is limited. In my case, adding the outriggers/ stabilizers, I figure it gives my another 50 lbs, in which I need when I am planning an outting with myself (175), my mom (125), my little girl princess (50), and gear.

That is a reason also that my rounds are still stored in there appropriated boxes. This video was just for demonstration purpose only. Each brand of boxes was from batches that I got in cases, so hopefully not too messed up.

So I just realized with my pittbull 9mm the front sight has a little line at the very bottom of the front sight, take that line and level it with the back sight, bullseye every time. Do not take the top of your front site and level it with the back sight!! You will be off and below the bullseye every time.

Thanks for the info, I will try that next time. What was your distance from your targets? Also to note that the front sight have horizonal lines to help with elevations control. That additional line that you had mention will help in my elevation depending on distances, but it won't help with my windage control lol. That's from the trigger and control of the shooter. Thanks again for the info. 🤜✌

If you look down on the front sight, there should be a different colored square at the bottom of the front sight, but once you look through the back sight, that different colored square becomes a line on the bottom of the front sight, that line needs to be leveled to the top of the back sight for accuracy. I was about 15ft away while shooting today.

Yes I see it. 15ft distant shooting is quiet close, about an average across from a wall room to the hallway wall inside a home. When I shot mines, it was at an open outside range, my targets was 25 yards (75ft) out haha. Maybe that's too out of range for a revolver/hand gun/ short barrel. @@marcaycock247

I replied from another posting video of mines: "I would say, not so good for semi autos. In my Glocks and Keltec S2K, There had been occasional failures: failure to load, fail to eject, fail to fire after single hammer strike, and inconsistence blowback pressures. Some rounds seems to be duds, but after reloading into magazine and they fire the second time. I think it might be the harden thick primer that they use. They are cheap, so they still make good use of for plinking/ target shooting. They work great in my PIT BULL 9mm Revolver with no issue. If they are really cheap compared to other known target shooting ammo brands, I will get more, but as of now, I think I got enuff 9mm lol. "

i have 10 of those round lights 8 up inside my house so i don't have to turn the big light on walking in a room or hall ways at night and 2 on charge so when 1 runs out its easy to swap

I have 8 at different contact points, so in the middle of the night, my pathway is lit at each contact areas. The way I placed them is using those sticker velcro strips and wall mounting them. When battery power is gone, I detach them from the wall and get them charged, less than an hour, and reinstall them.
