Ather owner is not maintainig the scooter well, ther is a cover in the battery side, that is broken. but its not a problem to the battery, its allways waterproof. That panel near by the footbord alsi broken by theit negligence, that footbord capable to carry loads, u can see some marks parallel to that. That mean they carry some thing. Ther is cooling function in that holes, how does it company failure??
