not gonna lie I kinda feel bad for the horseman his hole rivalry with Crane stems from the fact that Crane his best friend convinced his wife to leave the horseman and cheat on him with Crane. not gonna lie id try to kill him too over that.
I actually liked how this version had a mixed history with Ichapod Crane who was a badass in his own right. It made their rivalry a bit more believable than some coward overcoming his fear or just running. Plus the horsemen was an absolute badass throughout the show.
You are right but movie from 1999 is still my favourite incarnation of this story, jus like F.F. Coppola Dracula movie is my favourite adaptation of famous vampire.
