Its built from the barrel bushing using the $18.95 adapter. But, heres the fun part. Both pieces need to be worked and fitted. Takes over a day to marry them with the barrel for a perfect match. I'm selling the two piece adapter for $400.

So, $500 later and no hot water for 5 days the part was replaced. I investigated what could of caused the problem which I determined the ceramic washer had shattered in the unit, locking up the shaft so the motor would not turn.
