"flash cure" is a ten second cure. 60 seconds, that's an actual whole cure. Thirty is a half cure. You did no flash curing here. You also need a gooseneck lamp or small so glad lamp so you can see and manage your nail application better and they don't have bubbles or come out crooked. As well, you mentioned nothing about keeping products off the skin so no allergies will be obtained.
Flash cure is anywhere from 10-30 seconds. Anything longer than that is considered curing but not flash curing. Just figured I'd throw that out there that you can't flash cure for 60 seconds lol

If you want it out of converse Bases:bowl,baking soda water ,hydrogen peroxide and a toothbrush Start scrubbing and if there are spots leave the mixture on there for 30 minutes to a hour rinse it off And There You Go!
