maybe later, they should make the board one-way see through (so the wearer can see outside but outsiders can't see the wearer's face) also, for expressions, they need to make the board capable of reading the wearer's brainwaves so the board can display emotions accurately, automatically according to the wearer's emotional state
The idea is cute. Similar to the moveing cat ears stuff with your brainwaves. Just way way to low effort. No LCD and camera combo, so you can see where ya going. No Soft padding for the headband. Low effort neck band... with sad quality. Price point of a high end figurine ... for scrap xD.

This is so nice!! But one missed opportunity was to do is make the face part see through and use covers or something to make ur face non visible !!! So u can actually wear it comfortably and look cute as well!! UGH SUCH A HUGE MISSED OPPORTUNITY!!
For a product like this they shoudl AT LEAST make it bluethoot headphones, I mean, it would be weird but it would give it a reason to actually use it, since if you are a cosplayer this doesn't work for anything other than that, and if you are not a cosplayer then you will use it maybe 1 or 2 times and then forget about it.

@bigsmoke8195 facial expression detection, maybe? Like how people do for some cosplays that have LED displays for the face I've seen some cosplayers do that for protogen heads before
@@Crystalkitzoku it's possible but would be very heavy,pricey and buggy. The simplest thing would be voice detection. Like a mic close to you mouth so you can whisper to change the expression.
rather than the screen, probably just add a small camera on top or bottom(preferebly center top). Then you can use glasses to see through it. Sounds like a lot of work. But probably easier than trying to make the screen transparent.
