I can only compare it to the dji action pro 4, which I've heard is better than GoPro. Hence why I bought it. Picture quality wise, the pocket 3 is better than action 4. But it depends what you need the camera for. I have both an action camera and this for different scenarios. If you are walking about like I am and not worried about water damage or dropping it, definitely get this. If you need something wider that can take sharp bumps (example bike riding) with digital stability, waterproof that you don't have to worry about when you drop it. Get an action camera. They're very different types of cameras with pros and weaknesses. This thing is just fantastic for vlogging and walking tour videos. Anything else, I'd get an action camera.

Better get your anti sea sick tablets out.

@@Vandz ...its really weird but in all the seaside resorts ive stayed in uk , torquay and Paignton were the worst by a country mile !!! No co incidence the sitcom FAWLTY TOWERS was based around hotels in torbay !! Think the writer's must have had experience of this. Lol.

​@@ianmeyer2652 I can't say I'm surprised. We only first visited the entire "English Riviera" this year and I've lived down the South-West for the last 8 years. It's just not my cup of tea. We did Saint Ives and Newquay today, very similar staycation locations. We much prefer places like Mousehole and Lynmouth. I've always said that if there's a 2p machines in the town it's an indicator of what you can expect from the place 😂. It's still an experience for us recording these places but I'd likely never go if I wasn't recording them especially in the summer months 😂.

I recently made a video "car cam" from torpoint ferry through to Barbican, along the seafront, around RWY and finishing in The Millfields. You might find that interesting to see what's changed. Haven't uploaded it yet. Backlogged with videos at the mo 😂

@@Vandz I was born there, did PCFE (city college) and Uni, people changed around 2013 pretty noticeably so moved to Cheshire where people were friendlier, but the 2020 thing seems to have equalised everyone into their worst...can't wait to move back...your videos are really peaceful, watch people who film walking around in Manchester and there's people fighting or smoking crackpipes and other degeneracy right in the high street...don't feel safe walking round some of the northern cities.

@@itsjustaname777 I've always felt Plymouth in general is rather a safe place to live. Obviously there's some rough areas or well, run down areas. But even then, the druggies just do their thing. Homelessness has increased, but that's the case everywhere. Exeter on the other hand... Now I think that's gone downhill massively. I did a video on the hoe walking down to the barbican in the evening as well. But just holding the decent camera. Absolutely no issues except a drunk hen do that I had to get round as they drunkenly bumped into me 😂.

Glad you both enjoyed the walk. This was only a short walk on the tail end of the day we did Mousehole and to my regret "Land's End". We will be back there on the same day we cover Newquay. Just waiting to do those big places on a sunny weekend... Maybe waiting awhile 😂

@@anditrans Agreed. I had to show what's there in hope that people decide to go elsewhere. I thought it was hilarious that the parking company tried to scam me out of more money with a fake "we don't have your records on our system" fine after my visit.

Intersted to know what camera you are using for this? and how you are editing as I am in Thialand again soon and never get chance to film (as I have been pro photographer for a long time) I dont want to be carrying large dslrs around anymore..plus risk near water. thank you

@@junjaow8873 hey there. Completely get where you're coming from. I'm still a wedding photographer and never take my cameras out when not working 😂. They're just too large and I love filming without worrying about getting the perfect still. This is the dji Osmo pocket 3. It's not water proof. It's very easy to use and has amazing physical stabilization. Which also makes it Great in low light. 1 inch sensor as well. I also have the DJI action 4 which is waterproof. I've recently purchased the dji action 4 but haven't uploaded any content with it yet. It's better suited for bumpy sharp movements which I'll be using for "Pram-Cam". (Digital stabilizing)

@@junjaow8873 Editing "Wondershare Filmora". One off payment for this editing software and it's all I need for what I do. I'm sure there's better things out there but I can edit extremely fast with this.

@@amymontgomery392 Hey Amy. I think it was £6 for 3 hours which is the minimum hours you can do. I'm actually going to go back to make a video purely on the parking here as it's a real scam. They've since knocked the fine down from £100 to £20 after I showed proof of payment as they said I got the wrong number plate. Though the number plate isn't recorded on your records. This is definitely another scam on top of a scam. Hence why I'm going back to record myself buy a parking ticket.
