The most unrealistic thing in this timeline is the Raj existing after the collapse of Britain, India had been promised independence after WW2 in our timeline and there was already political unrest against the British. Indian states (with or without partition) would immediately rebel against the British if Britain were to loose the war.
Ustashe or just UHRO(Ustaša,Croatian Revolutionary organization) was pretty small and only when Axis finished with Yugoslavia they put them because Maček refused to rule Croatia and Ustashe were only those who were active. Maček would know that Croatia is now peacefully under Germans semi-independed and he would definetly with his HSS(Croatian pleasant party which was party in Yugoslavia who wanted Croatian independence but then switched to Federalism)would rule Croatia and with this i think Ustashe emblem would not be on flag as you show and no Serbian genocide because Maček was pragmatist,liberal and moderate guy. Serbia would definetly be or under some Post-Yugoslav JRZ(Yugoslav radical union which was an Yugoslav Intergralist party which under leadership of Milan Stojadinović made significant and sucesfull reforms with making ties with Axis closer but Stojadinović in 1939 was exiled by Regent Pavle Karađorđević because he refused to solve Croatian problem so then Cvetković became leader of party and he made agreement with Maček surrounding Federal Croatia) under Cvetković or would be under Dimitrije Ljotić who ruled over ZBOR or JNP(debeately could be said to be Serbian equivalent of Ustaša because they had nearly same values surrounding their perspective nationalities but at same time were also small and only supported by Axis for pragmatic reasons). Now,i think Hitler would not separate Yugoslavia and maybe try to make some coallition govrement beewteen Pavelić or Maček and Ljotić or Cvetković in Yugoslavia but i think that he would just take some Authorian Croat maybe Ustasha but it is highly u likely. What i wanted to say is that i do not think that Independed State of Croatia would in this timeline exist because in logic Yugoslavia would peacefully be separated and Ustaša would only be taken if Maček refused to take over but i think Hitler would just make sure Croats and Serbs are loyal to Axis and let HSS and JRZ do stuff. Another scenario is Federal but small Yugoslavia under coallition of Maček and Cvetković or somehow under Pavelić and some Fascist Serbian Politician.

Uhhhhh so exactly how is this supposed to be Alt History? The only Alt History I see here is the Soviets taking more land in Germany than what was actually taken and the subsequent invasion of Finland.
