I have partial pieces of paper jammed in the output rollers. I tried using tweezers and got the paper on the left half out. But the paper on the right half is really wedged in. Any ideas on how to get the paper out?
But I bought one in 2017, and I still trim my chest hair while bathing and let it dry in sunlight lubricating with alot of coconut oil. Still works brand new condition man.😅

I have the ix6820 printer have not used in about 5 years, head's got clogged black would not print. I found this video followed your cleaning process and it is working better than ever! Thank you so much. I was already pricing new printers, glad I tried this first.
You need to put the machine in service mode and the roller will rotate to the correct position to be removed. Another Hack with no idea posting on youtube so others can kill their printers as well.
Great video! I have the same printer but, the blue button below the two white button bars is already pressed in so I cannot set it up for wireless printing. Any idea how to get that blue button to pop back out? The manual is no help. I tried disconnecting it. Didn't help.
