Called and emailed a Wildlife Rehabilitator with the following message: I just talked with parking guard at the ConEdison Learning Center parking lot on Vernon Boulevard north of 44th Avenue. Parking guard said it’s been hanging around this parking lot for about a year since it was small and ConEdison feeds it. Also said its wings have been broken since first showed up.
