My guy, wtf did you do to your PS1 or the Disk? That loading whir sounds like it’s having to fight through hardened grape soda on the laser carrier and disk spindle. My MGS on original hardware never struggled with loading this much. Are you telling us yours did? This ain’t normal
Why is it making noises like if it’s having difficulty running on a disc, I don’t remember PS1 making those noises, I’m use to more of Sega Dreamcast making those noises.
In MGS, that hamburger sequence would have been a LOT longer: Otacon: "Snake, I hope you're ready for mouthwatering hamburgers!" Snake: "Hamburgers???" Otacon: "Yeah Snake. You know: A meat patty and some salad between two buns. They usually add a delicious sauce to it." Snake: "Huh..." Otacon (Flashback video starts playing): "They started making those back at the end of the 19th century. It is commonly believed that the germans invented it though the name "Hamburger" is not necessarily linked to the city of Hamburg. SteamedHams was an amazing game, I do remember it being incredibly difficult though. First you had to battle Nelson to rescue and recruit Edna who gives you the Franklin Badge, then you had to recruit Homer by breaking him out of the power plant by fighting Mr. Burns and then you had to head over to Evergreen Terrace using the Phase Distorter only to be met by the Final Starmarges (the worst enemies in the game mind you) and then came the Simpsons’ House, the absolute worst dungeon in all gaming. And *DON’T GET ME STARTED ON BART AND HEAVILY ARMED MAGGIE……*
