I found my happiness in dancing. It helped me move forward from the loss of a loved one. I met a lot of friends that became pretty much my family and I love dancing with all of them. I dance to keep my self happy and healthy. I’m not a pro but would love to encourage everyone to try different kinds of dance fitness work out. It’s fun and sometimes it’s out of my comfort zone. But hey, we only live once and I will dance while I can. I hope you do the same.
