@@DopeStarsss Seen him four times this year and his voice was just as amazing as ever.... Sure he has off-days when he's sick, but the London show was not one of them...
@@babbletwins Tom was losing his voice in Butlins and still managed to carry on and sound great. His voice picked up again after a few songs. Everyone still loved it.
Tom Bailey is such a fantastic performer. I got to see him back in 2019 at Let's Rock Shrewsbury and it's awesome to see he's still touring and keeping the spirit of the Thompson Twins and the eighties alive!
@@DopeStarsss to be honest I wasn't that impressed as I was a big Depeche mode fan back then . In the early 80s the Kings rd and Kensington high st were great places to see celebrities , The great gear store was the best !!
I think he sounds great. Especially at 70 years old. He was losing his voice in Bognor Regis though. Had to have throat sweets and stuff to soothe his throat.
@@DopeStarsss Yikes…I’m getting old, I was 18 in 1980, LOL. I was also a pretty serious headbanger. I caught a decent amount of (friendly) hassle, though, for liking Thompson Twins, A Flock Of Seagulls, Dream Academy and several other New Wave bands. There’s a lot of great music in there…and I’m glad you got exposed to it!

Sounds alright to me. I can't afford an expensive phone, so make do with what I've got. I just record my favourite songs so I can relive the memory of being there
