What's to know, I'm a former Private Security Officer. Protective Services // Close Protection
Diagnosed with PTSD in 2012. During Cognitive Behavioural Therapy my therapist suggested gaming as a complementary alternative therapy whilst continuing the CBT process.. Games are a good way to zone out, distract from triggers and help with pain control. I no longer have the pain, but still have some anger and anxiety issues. Though I tend to use it more as an excuse to avoid fixing real problems these days. What can I say, games are more fun than reality at times. I'm near 40, married. A bit of a centrist, I sit on the fence politically and depending on the day lean one way or another depending on what's going on. Mostly irrelevant but if you decide to argue with me I'm morally flexible and lean both ways politically so prepare for a hard time if you're trying to get under my skin lol.
