Jazakumullah Khair for the question my bro. The nasheed was inspired by my own experience of finding it difficult to fully be at peace without letting go of the dunya. Every time I have let go of the dunya, I have found nearness to Allah and contentment. Whenever I have pursued the dunya, I have drifted away from Allah and found unhappiness and anxiety. The true contentment and happiness of the heart is reached through giving thanks when blessed, persevering when tried and seeking forgiveness when sinful. May Allah bless you and your family ❤️
