Broke my stem on my atv tubeless tire and I was was trying to break the bead yesterday and couldn't so thank you very much I'll be doing this tomorrow morning!!
I drove a 2500 chevy on the sidewall of my atv tires the other day and they didn't budge.. tried this too didn't work. Brought them to a shop cause fucc all dat
works about 50/50. I literally lifted the back of my 3/4 ton truck off of the ground trying this and ended up just taking them to a shop and paying $15 per tire to have them changed.
Okay this is brilliant, if only I had a trailer with a jack...hmmm I think I have a scissor jack someplace that might work wedged under the hitch of the truck
Drive ur truck on the tire and it’ll pop the bead, if u have a car, take a piece of wood, prop it on the tire and drive up the piece of wood, that will also pop the bead
@@braeden10120 That's how I do it now, helps to keep a little air in the tire as well. This way seems it could be good for the stubborn ones that won't pop off to get closer to the rim. My dad used to have a bias ply tire that was really square he kept around to bread beads with.
