@kackmalwieder We have an 800 sq ft aviary outside for them to hang out. All are fully flighted, except one. Rukus learned to kiss his foot on his own. 😊

Your birds seem to be the most happy birds I have seen in captivity so far. Showes me ones again how important company of the same species is for them. Its still a miracle to me how you keep up with cleaning up after 16 birds. That is a fulltime job on its own. Many thanks for sharing your birds with us.
@@ChatterboxParrots is your aviary covered with netting or with wire mesh? I would like to build an aviary too but the wire mesh is so expensive. People told me netting is too dangerous for birds to get caught with their claws. Is that true? Thanks

It runs away when I approach the cage. I tried to put my hand inside the cage, it kept screaming and running away. What should I do to get it used to me?

@sawdust2556 Hi there! Dunkin was an only bird for 3 years and was just as happy. We humans were his flock family before we had other birds. We are in Louisiana with central air. We keep it around 70°-72° in our home, and we keep babies that we breed comfortably inside. That temperature is completely suitable if the bird is fully feathered.

And you know what I'm in shock about is the colors that these birds are so the Tl one or aqua is my favorite color and then purple, and you've got 1 of each. I mean, what is the luck of that? That's amazing.
I have no idea why there's not more comments on here. But this is an old video, but these birds, I love exotic parrots and birds. Because I have since I was young, I worked in a bird shop, exotic bird store worked with exotic parrots and stuff and just became in love with them. And these guys are my favorite right now, like they are so extremely cute, just adorable their mannerisms and everything. I just can't get over watching this one. Kiss its hand and say whatever. It's saying I don't know, but it is so so cute.
