It's not useless govt, it's stupid fishermen that leave our fishing spots in filthy state. Seems that we quickly to blame government, do u know for the state to go out and clean after a selfish person costs money. These same fisherpersons won't foul up their own yards or their cars. So did the government clean their cars?
See guys are leaving the dirt in the area again after this area was previously closed due to the same problem. Those found to be littering should have their Transnet permits taken away permanently. You should never have to be cleaning up someone else's litter.
