Asante sana Shiko. This was at Sun N’ Sands. I would recommend. It was lovely. The massage and henna were done outside the hotel. Though the hotel was offering massages as well.

I watched this on the perfect day. Last week was my last week as an employee at my former employer's. Took me 8 months to gather the courage to resign. I have panic days, but I feel soooo much happier!

the intro wasn't long, I think as humans there are some things we need to say out loud and get off our chest. It will be an interesting journey and you have just started and I wish you all the best. I also quit my 9-5 back in 2022 and I also feel anxious when I see job advertisements and I secretly want to apply but something just tells me no. I relate a lot with this video kwanza on passive suicidal ideation and I still make suicide jokes here and there about myself but I'm relearning how to love myself and my life more.
