I'm thinking about traded my Harley TriGlide in on a Can Am SPyder F3 Limited. Can you tell me if you know anyone who has had any troublewith a Can Am? I don'y want trouble, I want to ride. Do you know of any troubles people have with a Spyder? Please help me.
It's truly awesome to see motorcycle riders that ride various different bikes I'm not saying it's not cool to ride with one specific type of bike but for me I like riding with different bikes bike riders and bike styles!
Man, that's an absolute testament to why you should wear your gear. I'm not all that great about wearing all the time, but I certainly will be better about it now.
Yes, I also rode 2 up from Brooklyn New York to Daytona Florida and back pulling a trailer. Bike handled like a dream. Just a little longer on the braking.
@@blackman10970 thks. I'm getting ready for trip from elk city ks to San Diego. Leaving Monday. Going to see how much I still like sleeping on the ground.
wondering if there is actually any bass heard from the speakers? I know those are only 5.25 inch speakers, but wonder if they do have a good full range sound in the fairing?
Be careful about using a trailer....another SVTC owner blew out his transmission bearings in the drive train that turns the front belt cog.....and had it sit for month(s) while waiting for parts...and not covered under warranty! It was VERY expensive to repair the damage. These bikes are not (by design) rated and engineered to haul another vehicle behind them. You've been warned....and it might seem like a good idea, right up to the moment you are sitting on the side of the road, dead in the water....
Thank God you are alive. I had a deer encounter once during daylight that I could prepare for at least. My riding buddy just ahead pointed out three deer running alongside the road. When you see one there will be others. I was doing about 60, so I slowed down to about 50. And sure enough, a fourth deer popped out in front of me. I stayed straight, down-shifted, braked hard - I could hear the tires chirp from a car behind me and thought I would get run over from behind too. It seemed like the deer had done this before. His eyes met mine - about 12 feet between us - and I could hear his hoofs on the pavement as he tried to change direction. We missed each other and I kept riding. I almost 💩 my pants, though. As unavoidable as this was for you - I am glad you stayed alive, brother. Saw all your videos and good thing you were wearing gear. I always wore chaps, which also zipped (attached) to my leather jacket in the back.
